Description

Originally developed as a porewater pressure sensor, the os500-701 FBG Pressure Sensor can accurately measure underground water pressure. Being very versatile, the os500-701 can be mounted directly on a structure to provide an optical alternative to conventional sensor systems (see advantages). Installation is easy as the os500-701 can be mounted using conventional techniques and is designed for use as a single sensor or in series as part of a FBG based sensor array.
